Douglas Hill was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1983 after obtaining his LL.B. with Honours at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law, Kingston. He earned his bachelor’s degree from York University in Toronto in 1978, has been a guest lecturer at real estate courses at Georgian College, and has been a member of the Barrie Real Estate Lawyers Association since 1981. He is the author of Real Estate Law–Selling a Home Made Easier.

Susanne Mary Hayward was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2003, after earning her LL.B. at Queen's University, Faculty of Law, Kingston. She earned her bachelor’s degree with honours at University of Waterloo in Ontario, where she made the Dean’s Honour List and majored in history.
Ms. Hayward received the Humane Society Humanitarian Award in 1995, has worked for the Sierra Legal Defence Fund as a law student from 2001 to 2002, and has been director of club services for the Rotary Barrie Huronia since 2010.

Tony was called to the bar of Ontario in 2017 after earning his Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016. Tony’s practice focuses on Real Estate, Wills and Estates, Employment Law, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law. In addition to his day to day practice, Tony’s interest and previous work in the arts and entertainment industry has provided him with the experience and knowledge which allows him to maintain a unique practice advising clients throughout negotiations in this specialized field.
